Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-07 (engineering draft, pending legal review)

These terms govern your access to and use of Bloom. By creating an account, you agree to them.

This page is an engineering-drafted template, not a substitute for legal review. Sections marked [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] below contain placeholders — entity name, jurisdiction, and governing law — that must be confirmed before this page is relied on as a real legal agreement.

[Legal review required]This document is an engineering-drafted structural template. It does not yet reflect a real, counsel-reviewed contract — in particular the liability limitation, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing-law sections below are placeholders, not enforceable clauses, until reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the jurisdiction Bloom operates in.

1. Who we are

Bloom (https://bloommilestone.com) is an AI-operated website-building platform.

[Legal review required]Registered legal entity name, address, and business registration number to be added here.

2. The service

Bloom lets you describe a business and generates a website — copy, imagery, and structure — based on the information you provide. Generated output is reviewed and approved by you (or, in the Done For You mode, by a Bloom operator on your behalf) before it is published. Bloom does not publish anything without an explicit approval step.

Bloom is provided on an evolving basis — features, generation quality, and available integrations may change as the platform develops. Current pricing and commercial terms are described on the Pricing page.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting a brief.

4. Your content, and what you submit

You retain ownership of the business information, brand assets, and any content you provide to Bloom. By submitting it, you grant Bloom the license needed to process it and generate a website on your behalf. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content (text, images, trademarks) you provide.

5. AI-generated content — a direct, honest statement

Bloom generates website copy and imagery using AI. Bloom is designed never to fabricate facts about your business it doesn't have (see our public engineering principle, "Truth Over Completion") — but AI generation can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before approving it for publication, and Bloom does not guarantee generated content is free of errors.

6. Payment

[Legal review required]Bloom does not yet have live subscription billing. This section is a placeholder until a real commercial model and payment terms (refunds, cancellation, failed-payment handling) are decided — see the Pricing page.

7. Termination

You may stop using Bloom and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

[Legal review required]Standard SaaS disclaimer/limitation-of-liability language belongs here, but must be drafted or reviewed by qualified counsel — this is not something to template confidently without legal input, since an incorrectly drafted limitation clause can be unenforceable or worse than none at all.

9. Governing law and disputes

[Legal review required]Governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism (courts vs. arbitration) depend on the registered entity's jurisdiction — not yet decided.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
